OptoYag is a photodisruptor for capsulotomy and iridotomy. It is a Q-switched Nd:YAG laser emitting short pulses at a wavelength of 1064 nm. The laser is integrated into an e-Slit Lamp. OptoYag delivers pulses with energies ranging from 0.5 to 10 mJ. A dual red diode aiming beam with continuously adjustable power ensures precise focusing of the YAG laser.
